The second, and we think better way, is our Subscription Plan. In this plan, you pay a regular monthly payment. We install a Harlequin box at your site. This allows us (and you) to monitor the health of your systems and gives us a way to help you remotely for many problems. You get all of our services at a discount and you get access to a number of services that hourly customers simply do not get.
